Exchange Terms & Policy

After receiving your exchange or refund query, your order will be first checked by our relevant team. After assessment, you will be offered an exchange (depending on the availability of the product).

1. If a customer receives the wrong product after purchasing, we will exchange the product with free shipping.
2. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and without any flaws.
3. The product must include the original tags and accessories.
4. After receiving the product, an exchange policy will be available within 2 days.
5. The exchange policy will be available for the same product only.
6. No refund or exchange for discounted products.

Refund Terms & Policy

1. If we are unable to deliver any paid order to our customer, we will refund the amount to the customer.
2. We refund the full amount within 15 working days.
